Product Questions


  • Yes, all our soaps and deodorants are handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients.

  • Our products are made with natural and plant-based ingredients including glycerin, essential oils, coconut oil, vitamin E, and castile soap. No synthetic dyes or artificial fragrances.


  • We formulate with gentle ingredients, but sensitivities vary by individual. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.



Orders & Shipping


  • Yes! You can pre-order any scent. We'll notify you when it’s ready to ship.

  • Pre-orders ship within 2–3 weeks. You’ll get tracking info once it’s dispatched.

  • Currently, Xeneruji ships exclusively to the United States and Canada. We hope to expand our shipping options to additional countries in the future as we grow.


  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
